1. Who we are and what you get
iCreatorsLab is a subscription service that publishes a daily editorial collection of 10 short-form scripts about GTA VI, plus production tools: a private editor, teleprompter, publishing checklist, hook library, lessons, and script generation from YouTube videos using credits.
The daily collection is the same for every subscriber. That is by design: research and generation costs are paid once and shared across the base, which keeps the price low. We do not promise per-person exclusive scripts.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One account belongs to one person: sharing credentials, reselling access or bulk-scraping the dashboard are grounds for immediate suspension.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Content license
While your subscription is active you get a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, adapt, record and publish the scripts on your own channels, including monetized ones.
What the license does not allow: reselling the scripts as a product, redistributing them in content libraries, feeding them into competing generation services, or passing your access to third parties. Videos you already published stay yours after cancellation.
4. AI-assisted content and fact checking
Scripts are produced with AI assistance from public sources. Rumors are labeled as rumors, but errors and outdated details are possible. The final check before publishing is yours.
iCreatorsLab is an independent product with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Subscription, credits and billing
We offer monthly and annual plans, billed in Brazilian reais for customers in Brazil and in US dollars elsewhere, always through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Credits for YouTube transcription are bought in packs, expire after 12 months, cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value. Usage is debited from the pack that expires first.
A failed payment triggers a short grace period before the dashboard is locked. A payment dispute (chargeback) suspends the account and voids unused credits.
6. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on the subscription page. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, with no penalty.
We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, abuse, breach of these terms or legal requirement. If we terminate without fault on your side, we refund the unused portion pro rata.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee reach, views, revenue, monetization approval or any commercial outcome — those depend on your channel, your execution and the platforms you publish on.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app notice with reasonable notice. Continued use after that means acceptance.
